We are the Registered Community Organization (RCO) Committee for NCP CDC. Together we will create and plan how we will empower each other to continue to live and prosper in our communities as the city develops. We meet bi-weekly at 2204 N. 19th Street at 6:30 pm. Instructions are provided by a series of speakers, community walks, and research on the history, value, purchase, maintenance, restoration, laws and lobbying of the lands we occupy.
